This notice explains what information the company needs in order to process requests for Managed ICT services & the supply and maintenance of equipment.

Why do we need your information?

This information is required by us in order to process your request for information.

We will use this information to contact you in response to queries or information requested.

WHO WE WILL SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

Your information may be shared with other Dacoll Group companies. It will not be shared outside the Group except that it may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR RECORDS?

We will only keep your information for as long as necessary and in any event no longer than the date of last interaction plus seven years before when it will be securely destroyed.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have a number of rights under Data Protection law, including the right to request your information and to request that the information be amended or, in some circumstances, erased.

To request your records, please put your request in writing and provide proof of identification to Data Protection Officer, Dacoll Group, Dacoll House, Gardners Lane, Bathgate. EH48 1TP.

You also have a right to make a complaint about our handling of your personal information to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
